Havan's 900-square-foot main gathering area is spacious and designed to be flexible and versatile. It includes four luxurious sofas, 30 comfy backjacks, squish rugs, cozy sheepskins, and wellness setups, with audio equipment available for an extra charge. A Sonos sound system is installed throughout. This inviting space is ideal for gatherings, featuring a stunning stone fireplace as the centerpiece. There's also an entertainment bar area with an ice machine, bar fridge, wine storage, and a sink with purified water. The rich wood ceiling and exposed beams add rustic charm, while the walls of windows on two sides let in plenty of natural light. Soft ambient lighting enhances the calm and welcoming vibe, making it a perfect spot for any occasion.

Guest Kitchen

A beautifully finished gourmet kitchen features an array of high-end appliances and a customizable beverage station tailored to meet your entertaining needs. It includes an impressive commercial-grade refrigerator, two efficient dishwashers for easy cleanup, and a double oven that simultaneously cooks multiple dishes. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with a state-of-the-art Miele induction cooktop, complete with a downdraft hood that gracefully rises from the countertop at the simple push of a button, adding a touch of modern convenience to this stunning culinary space. Chef’s Kitchen

Connected to the central kitchen, our fully equipped Chef’s kitchen boasts an impressive array of appliances, including a large commercial refrigerator/freezer, double oven, two wine coolers, a washer and dryer for added convenience, a modern dishwasher, and a high-quality six-burner stovetop. The chef team can enter through a private door that elegantly leads to one of the expansive decks. It offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque Lakeway hills, making it a perfect spot for cooking and enjoying the scenery.

Main Dining Area

HAVAN’s main dining area is conveniently located just off the central kitchen, making it easily accessible for guests and staff. The tables and seating arrangements are customizable to accommodate large groups or intimate gatherings, ensuring a tailored dining experience and seating up to 20 guests. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant French doors elegantly open up to the spacious wrap-around deck, inviting natural light and offering picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.

Secondary Dining Area

HAVAN’s second customizable dining area is conveniently located just across the hall from the main dining area and can seat an additional 14 guests. It creates a welcoming, cohesive space perfect for a variety of dining experiences. This thoughtfully designed area serves as an ideal venue for intimate gatherings and larger events, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

Outdoor Dining

The outdoor dining area, seating up to 14 guests, is conveniently located just outside the main gathering area. It offers guests a lovely view of the shimmering pool and the picturesque hill country beyond. This serene setting enhances the dining experience, allowing visitors to enjoy their meals and natural beauty.

Bedrooms + Baths

Our nine luxurious bedrooms, located in the main house and two in the cabin, are fully customizable and currently configured to accommodate 31 guests, with options for king beds or twin XL layouts to suit your needs. Each room is a tranquil retreat, featuring bamboo bedding, custom furnishings, and abundant natural light that create a calm, relaxing vibe. The en-suite bathrooms provide a spa-like experience with oversized soaking tubs, walk-in rain showers, and elegant double-sink vanities. You'll also find all the essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, towels, hand soap, and hangers, to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The aesthetic combines high-quality materials with thoughtful details, ensuring that each space is functional and reflects refined taste. Large windows often frame picturesque views, further elevating the sense of tranquility within these premium environments.

Whether indulging in a restful night’s sleep or rejuvenating in a luxurious bath, these spaces epitomize sophistication, making every moment spent in them a lavish experience.

Bedroom + Bath Number 1

Bedroom 1 features one king-sized bed that can be split into two twin XL beds, offering versatile, flexible sleeping arrangements to suit different needs. It boasts the best view overlooking the pool area and provides direct access to the deck and all outdoor amenities for easy enjoyment. The bathroom is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a luxurious soaking tub, dual shower heads for enhanced comfort and functionality, and a cozy seating area in the shower for added relaxation.

Bedroom + Bath Number 2

Bedroom 2, also referred to as the primary bedroom, features one king-sized bed that can be conveniently split into two extra-long twin beds, accommodating up to two guests comfortably. The room boasts wrap-around windows that provide plenty of natural light and direct access to the corner deck. From here, guests can enjoy a stunning view of the pool area. The bedroom also includes a luxurious free-standing tub positioned to offer a picturesque view of the surrounding hills, a separate shower, and a spacious closet for ample storage.

Bedroom + Bath Number 3

Bedroom 3 features one king bed and one twin XL bed. The king bed can be split to accommodate up to three guests comfortably. This room also features an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Double doors open onto a deck offering views of the surrounding area, which is shared with Bedrooms 4 and 5.

Bedroom 4 closely mirrors bedroom 5, featuring one king bed that can be easily separated into two Twin XL beds. It includes an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and double doors that open onto the deck, where hanging swings provide a relaxing outdoor space. This room comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

Bedroom 5 features one king bed that can be separated into two Twin XL beds, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. It includes a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, as well as elegant double doors that open to the deck, offering exceptional, unobstructed views.

Bedroom + Bath Number 6

Bedroom six, also referred to as the blue room, is thoughtfully connected to an additional bonus sleeping area. It features a private ensuite bathroom for enhanced convenience and privacy. The king bed can easily be separated into two twin XL beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements and allowing the room to comfortably accommodate up to three guests.

Bedroom + Bath Number 7

Bedroom 7, also known as the Green Room, is furnished with one king bed and one Twin XL bed. The picture shows the king bed separated, allowing the room to comfortably accommodate three guests. This bedroom features a private en suite bathroom and is conveniently connected to an additional bonus sleeping room.

Bedroom + Bath Number 8

Bedroom eight is located closest to the Havan kitchen, making it convenient for guests to access meals and refreshments. The current bed arrangement includes two king beds and two XL twin beds, with the kings able to be split into two XL twins each, providing flexibility. This setup comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The room features doors that lead out to the deck, offering a breathtaking view, as well as an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Bedroom + Bath Number 9

Bedroom nine is our only upstairs bedroom at Havan Retreat. The current bed configuration includes one king-sized bed and four Twin XL beds. Additionally, the king bed can be split into two Twin XL beds, allowing the room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. This flexible setup offers both spaciousness and versatility for different group sizes.

Bonus Sleeping Room

Havan’s bonus room is not included in our room count, but can be used as a 12th bedroom or a flex space. Consists of a king-sized bed that can be conveniently split into two Twin XL beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. This room shares doors with both Rooms 6 and 7, as well as an additional door that leads directly to the hallway. It also features a cozy reading nook, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying some quiet time.

Media Room

Havan’s media room is a warm and inviting space, meticulously designed with sound panels, a 72-inch TV, and a Sonos soundbar to deliver an immersive, enjoyable viewing experience. For enhanced versatility, the TV can be easily relocated to the main living area if desired, enabling you to watch your favorite shows or movies in the setting you find most comfortable.

Havan Casita

Our cozy Casita is conveniently located just 100 yards from the main house, offering you complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay. It includes two well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed, along with two modern bathrooms for your convenience. Additionally, a Twin XL bed is available in the living room, perfect for extra guests. The Casita is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. Please feel free to ask us about adding the Casita to your stay at an additional cost.

Havan’s beautiful outdoor space features a fire pit, multiple comfortable loungers, expansive wrap-around decks, charming outdoor deck swings, and offers a magnificent 360-degree panoramic view of Lakeway, Texas. Guests can enjoy our relaxing sauna, invigorating cold plunge, and refreshing outdoor shower. Additionally, there is a connected spa and pool, both heated with adjustable temperature controls, with multi-colored ambient lights and soothing spa jets for ultimate relaxation. We also provide an outdoor shower for added convenience and freshness. Turkish spa towels are also available for your use.
