Approximately 100 yards from the main property sits a cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms designed with a dark, rich, moody palette. The two properties combined can accommodate 35 guests. At Havan, luxury meets purpose. Our spacious 9-bedroom retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 31 guests. Its versatile twin XL beds can be configured into 12 king-sized beds, making it perfect for singles or couples alike. Each room features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort as you unwind and recharge.

Our main gathering space, a 900-square-foot room, is ideal for group workshops, team-building exercises, or creative brainstorming sessions. And when you’re ready to relax, you can dip into the pool, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or energize with a cold plunge. The sauna awaits to melt away any lingering stress.

The fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a separate chef’s prep kitchen, ensures your culinary needs are met, whether enjoying a private dining experience or catering to your group’s dietary preferences.

This place is a gem. Easily one of the most thoughtfully designed event centers I’ve ever used, and truly unique for Austin. I hosted a 30-person, 3.5-day immersive experience here, and it exceeded every expectation. The architecture, the energy, the views, everything is dialed in for deep connection. It doesn’t feel like an Airbnb retrofitted for events. It is a retreat center, purpose-built for transformation. As a facilitator, I saved hours of setup and logistics because everything I needed was already here, from AV to kitchen flow to spacious communal areas that naturally invite people in. The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! This home is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough for everyone to have their own private space.
